Waco Fence is growing exponentially and are on track to be one of the top custom fence contractors in Central Texas within the next two years. We are currently look for 2 hard-working and self motivating Sales Representatives to grow with us. Please review all details including responsibilities and pay/benefit information prior to applying. This position will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
Attend a weekly sales meeting and be prepared to discuss forecasting and pipeline.Complete on-site, scheduled sales calls.Create proposals within 24 hours after customer request.Manage project from sale to completion.Maintain company provided leads as well as generate new leads and prospects.Assist with obtaining customer reviews upon project completion.Consistently follow up on all potential customers and deals. Work as a team to close deals - no sales pit style competition.
Description of Position:
Finding the right person for this position is vital. There will be training provided by the Sales and Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, and Crew Leads. The company currently has means of lead generation but will also be expected to assist in generating new leads and prospects. This individual will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to establish, maintain, and reach monthly sales goals.
